Mediterranian squash with mince VS. Healthy squash with mince :)

SQUASH WITH MINCE


I will tell my most recent (i made this yesterday:)) recipe i have to you:)

We will use ;

Virgin olive oil - 3 soup spoon
2 middle size unions
250gr mincemeat - should be less fat
4 middle size squash
1 big tomato 
2-3 garlics
1 glass of water
Rock salt&Pepper

Recipe ;

Chop the unions in little pieces.
Put unions with half glass of water into your cooking pot,start to cook.Mix it occasionally.
When unions transparenting by cooking, wash and clean the unwanted parts of squashes and chop them as you wish. and put them in a deep plate.

Tip 1 :I prefer finger thick rounds because less parts means more vitamin keep that in mind:)

When unions more transparent,add the mince and go on to cook and mixing occasionally.

Peel the garlic and domato annd chop them as you wis then add them to squashes.
Check the cooking;if the minces red parts diappeared,pour the mix in deep plate and left half glass of water to the cooking,add rock salt and pepper as you wish;let them cook another 10-15 minutes with lid. Adjust this 10-15 minutes as your prefer about hardness in squash.

Laft move is to add oil after putting off the fireadd your oil and a little mix and let them rest a 5 minutes.

Tip 2 :You can add dill for decorating serving plate.

Tip 3 :Serving with yoghurt will be delightful. Especially low fat yoghurt :) it healthier for digestion and for eight control.
